Rosaline Bown RGN,INP is our Medical Aesthetic and Independent Practitioner. Previously, she worked at the Nuffield Hospital for 25 years, predominately leading plastic surgery. She has also worked for The Hospital Group in Bromsgrove, Harley Street, London, and Deans Gates Manchester, leading the aesthetic treatments.

Ros Bown.RGN, INP

Ros brings a wealth of knowledge and experience, having worked in plastics theatre for 25 years. Ros has been injecting for 28 years, having started with Collagen and now injects 6 days a week. Ros is an expert in fillers, Botox and Sculptra, radio frequency and uses blunt cannulae for virtually all her facial injections.

Sales Director

Clive Shotton

Clive has spent over 25 years in sales and marketing in Orthopaedics and 15 years within the aesthetic industry. Clive brings a wealth of knowledge on marketing your business as well as avoiding the pitfalls within aesthetics.

Operations Manager

Richard James

Richard has joined us after 25 years as Finance Officer at Worcester Cathedral. Richard will be involved in finance, marketing and Information Technology.

Office Manager

Tina Keen

Tina comes from a banking background where she completed many diverse roles in her 36 years of service. Mainly these roles were in customer service and administration activities. Tina has achieved many different awards for her continuous high level of service and expertise.

Training Manager

Vanessa Cook

Vanessa has a long history of working within the pharmaceutical industry, holding a managerial position for over two decades. She now helps to manage the administrative and training duties, working closely with Tina to ensure a high level of customer care and service is delivered consistently.

Melita Bown – LLB PGDIP1

Melita trained with SGH Martineau LLP Solicitors in Birmingham and completed her training at Higgs & Sons Solicitors in Brierley Hill. She is an Associate at VWV LLP in Bristol and we are pleased that Melita heads our regulatory affairs department.

FAQ

Are the treatments painful?

One of the benefits of going to a clinic led by Ros is that she uses the latest techniques to make procedures as comfortable as possible. Naturally, this is dependent on the individual’s pain threshold.

How do I know the practitioner is properly qualified?

All our practitioners have been trained in the UK and fully qualified. They have extensive experience in both surgical and non-surgical treatments. All have attended specialist training for all the treatments that we offer and Ros runs regular training on multiple treatments. If you would like further assurance, please look online at the General Medical Council’s list of Registered Practitioners.

What do I do if I have a problem or am not happy with the result?

Rosmetics offers an extensive follow-up program at no additional cost and we will see you immediately to discuss any problems, should they occur. Ros is also available on her mobile during the day to offer advice and help.

Can I have a treatment straight after a consultation?

We accept cash, cheques and the following debit/credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Debit Cards, Maestro, Solo and American Express. We also accept BACS transfers and offer a finance package for customers committing to a 12-month treatment plan.
